Based on the finding of the market research conducted, the CO has determined that there is only one firm able to fulfill this entire requirement and that firm has been identified as Agilent Technologies, Inc. A synopsis identifying the Government's intent to award this acquisition on a sole source basis, therefore Note 22 applies. The purpose of this project is to provide 711th HPW/OML miscellaneous products for their requirements to support USAF School of Aerospace Medicine, for the specific needs of this effort, with the following products:
