1. The Chairman MPC Major on behalf of the Coconut Cultivation Board now invites sealed bids from eligible and qualified bidders for the Supply of the following fertilizer.
2. Bidding will be conducted through NCB method.
3. Interested eligible bidders may obtain further information from Deputy General Manager (Seeds & Plan Input), Coconut Cultivation Board, 9/428, Denzil Kobbekaduwa Mawatha from 9.00 am to 3.00 pm during week days.
4. The invitation for bids is open to all Manufacturers / Suppliers of fertilizer who are registered with the fertilizer secretariat will be eligible to bid. Additional details are provided in the Bidding Documents.
5. A complete set of bidding documents in English language may be purchased by interested bidders on the submission of a written application to the address below and upon payment of a non refundable fee Rs. 1000.00.
6. Bids must be delivered to the address below at or before 2.00 p.m. on 10th December 2008 Late Bids will be rejected. Bids will be opened in the presence of the Bidders' representatives who choose to attend in person or on-line at the address below at 2.00 p.m. on 10th December 2008. All bids must be accompanied by bid security of Rs. 7,86,0007- from the reputed commercial bank.
