The National Project Director of Second Community Water Supply & Sanitation Project will receive applications from reputed Sri Lankan Suppliers / Agents / Distributors and Business Organizations who wish to be registered with this Project for the under mentioned supplies and services during the year 2009.
Conditions For Registration - Separate applications should be made for registration under each Supply / Service
Applications should contain the information indicated below: a) Name of the Business Organization b) Address c) Telephone Numbers d) Business Registration Number (A copy of the Registration should be attached) e) Vat Registration No. (A copy of the Registration should be attached) f) Banker g) Credit Facilities
A non-refundable fee of Rs. 300/- should be made for registration under each item. This amount is payable by Money Order drawn in favour of the Second Community Water Supply & Sanitation Project, "Sethsiripaya", Battaramulla. The paying Post Office should be Battaramulla.
Applications for registration without the stipulated payment will be rejected. Application forms duly perfected should be signed (indicating the designation) and posted under Registered Cover to the National Project Director, Second Community Water Supply & Sanitation Project, 9* Floor, "Sethsiripaya1, Battaramulla on or before 11.12.2008. "Registration for Suppliers/ Services for the year 2009" Should be marked on the envelope containing the application.
Names of those who do not supply any required information, who fail to deliver goods ordered, who do not deliver goods on the due date, deliver goods which do not conform to the accepted standards or which do not tally with the samples, will be expunged from the register.
The Second Community Water Supply & Sanitation Project reserves the right to select and register suppliers. Quotations or supplies will be called from those who are registered with T CWSSP. But the Project reserves the right to call for quotations or make purchases from other suppliers as well.
Payments will beamed only after supply of goods/services.
