The agreement includes the following work. The enumeration list below is not necessarily complete and in no way nullifies the Contractor's obligation to provide services according to the rules of the section, the general plans and principles as described later in the request.

This project consists in automating & centralizing the ventilation & heating systems of building #1, #2, #3, #4 and #6 at the Leclerc Institution. Based on the given drawings and specifications from Martin Roy et associés, the contractor will mostly have to replace the heating valves, the sensors and the thermostats. He also have to add VAV boxes.

The length of the work is twelve weeks from the time the contract is awarded.

The visit of the tenderers is obligatory. The visitation will take place on December 9, 2008 at 10:00 am

Correctional Service Canada will accept sealed bids until Decembre 18, 2008 at 14:00 at the following address: Léna Desrosiers, Regional Officer, Procurement and Int. Contracts, 250 Montee St-François, Laval, Quebec, H7C 1S5.
