VI.1) Contract related to a project and/or programme financed by

VI.2) Additional information: The contract for the purchase of the
aforementioned computer equipment will run for 2 years initially, and may
be renewed for up to 2 further 1-year periods (maximum total duration: 4
years).
The equipment will be covered by a maintenance contract from the date of
its delivery and acceptance. This maintenance contract will run for 4
years initially and may then be renewed for up to 6 further 1-year periods
(maximum total duration: 10 years).
The total value of the contract (points II.2.1 and V.4) refers to the
purchase and maintenance of:
lot 1: 60 laptops;
lot 2: 105 laptops and 10 printers
for the maximum duration of the contracts.
It does not take into account any price revision.
The European Commission is associated with this contract.
