This PWGSC office provides procurement services to the public in
both official languages of Canada.

CHIPS

REQUIREMENT:

Requesting a Standing Offer for the supply and delivery of
"CHIPS" to the Inmates' Canteens
at Correctional Service of Canada's Institutions in Renous &
Dorchester in New Brunswick
and Springhill in Nova Scotia on an "as and when" requested
basis for the period from the
01 February, 2009 to 31 January, 2010 inclusive.

MANDATORY CRITERIA:

Annex "A" - Statement of Requirements

Annex "B" - Pricing Sheet(s) - «List of Products »

The supplier MUST be compliant with the Statement of
Requirements (SOR) at Annex "A"
the «List of Products» at Annex "B" and the Conditions of the
Request for Standing Offer.

NOTE: Hand written pricing sheets will not be accepted, see
mandatory requirements at Annex "B".

DELIVERIES:

Deliveries MUST to be made to the following (4) Institutions:

Atlantic Institution - Renous, New Brunswick
Dorchester Institution - Dorchester, New Brunswick
Westmorland Institution - Dorchester, New Brunswick
Springhill Institution - Springhill, Nova Scotia

MANDATORY DELIVERY REQUIREMENTS:

- Call-Ups will be every (2) weeks. Deliveries are required
within one (1) week of ordering.

- No minimum order will be required for delivery

BASIS OF EVALUATION:

Standing Offer(s) will be awarded to lowest valid offer «per
item» or «group of items» meeting ALL mandatory requirements, if
substantial savings can be accomplished.
