both official languages of Canada.

Assorted Meat & Poultry

REQUIREMENT:

Requesting a Standing Offer for the supply and delivery of
Assorted Meat Products, Cold Cuts and Chicken to the Inmates'
Canteens at Correctional Service of Canada's Institutions in
Renous and Dorchester New Brunswick and Springhill Nova Scotia
on an "as and when" requested basis for the period from 01
February, 2009 to 31 January, 2010 inclusive.

MANDATORY CRITERIA:

Annex "A" - Statement of Requirements

Annex "B" - Pricing Sheets - «Foodlist»

The supplier MUST be compliant with the Statement of
Requirements (SOR) at Annex "A" the «Foodlist» at Annex "B" and
the Conditions of the Request for Standing Offer.

Hand written pricing sheets will not be accepted, see mandatory
requirements at Annex "B".

DELIVERIES:

Deliveries must be made to the following (4) Institutions:

Atlantic Institution - Renous, New Brunswick
Dorchester Institution - Dorchester, New Brunswick
Westmorland Institution - Dorchester, New Brunswick
Springhill Institution - Springhill, Nova Scotia

MANDATORY DELIVERY INSTRUCTIONS:

Call-Ups will be every (2) weeks. Deliveries are required
within one (1) week of ordering.

No minimum order will be required for delivery

BASIS OF EVALUATION:

Standing Offer(s) will be awarded to lowest valid offer «per
item» or «group of items» meeting ALL mandatory requirements,
if substantial savings can be accomplished.
